“My art requires a trigger point, some life event, an ongoing interest, or an idea discovered while exploring another avenue - serendipity is important. It involves research into the thought behind the idea and the techniques that can be applied to enable the required exploration.
It (often) involves learning a new way of doing, a new way of thinking, or some form of exploration along a familiar line of enquiry, but beyond territory previously covered. It is influenced by my life experience, and specifically my first career as a systems engineer.
Code, mathematics, diagrams and organisation are important components. Indeed the idea of the component and reuse are always present. A series rather than a single work is often the outcome.”

Installations are available on commission.
Some concepts are highly adaptable toward a very individual outcome. Please contact me if you have a specific need.
Installations are strictly limited in number. I cannot envisage ever installing a specific work more than 9 times. Indeed most installations will be unique having been adapted to the specific site and circumstances agreed at the point of commission.
